Grande remembered being shocked by her mother’s comment and saying, «Mommy, hold on. It’s not amusing. «Mom,» I said, «that’s harmful and intense.» That is really intense.

Comedy gold is being made from Ariana Grande’s personal experiences!
The 31-year-old Wicked star recently shared with fans how her popular «Charades with Mom» routine on Saturday Night Live came to be on a new edition of the Las Culturistas podcast.
Grande recalls hosting her family for a game night during Labor Day weekend when her brother-in-law Hale’s brother became very competitive.

She told co-hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers, «We’re playing charades and Hale’s brother, my brother-in-law’s brother… was like, ‘Haha, we’re winning’ vibes.
» That was all there was to it; he said, ‘Woo-hoo! When I say, «We’re ahead,» my mother responds, «Tiny-d— syndrome, huh?»
Startled by her mother’s comment, she said, «Mommy, hold on. It’s not amusing. «Mom,» I said, «that’s harmful and intense.» That is really intense!

Grande said, «Of course, [Hale’s brother] laughed, and we were all laughing.» However, she said, ‘Well, that’s a sign of what those are.’
«And I thought, ‘Mom! This is crazy! I then began doing it for Hale’s other brother, Jesse, for a little while, and throughout the day, he was sobbing.
«Bowen, we need to do something with this, please,» I said. It’s simply absurd.»

The vocalist of «Eternal Sunshine» said that she comes from a family of «aggressive game-players.» Grande stated that she doesn’t «care» about any results, even though some of her other loved ones could care about winning.
Regarding her brother, she said, «I just want to have fun, I want to be there, and I’m here for a good time.»
She also stated, «Frankie can’t lose a game.» Mommy is unbeatable. They are unable to lose a match. It is disliked by them.

Yang was the lover of Michael Longfellow’s character, Grande’s character’s son, in the aforementioned skit. After Yang playfully taunts Grande in charades, game night degenerates into a violent altercation.
Grande embraces Yang as he fights back, and the two even have a passionate kiss.
Yang took the opportunity to apologize for a particular scene in the sketch later in the podcast.

«I must really apologize to you face-to-face. When Yang stated, «I opened my mouth too much when we kissed on SNL,» Grande said, «You definitely did.» After that, I was trembling.
«Not negatively! With a giggle, she said, «Just in a disarming way.»
«We were dropped in,» Grande said on his show to Yang. «At the time, it seemed to be what these individuals needed. It seemed to be just what these folks needed. I’m all for it, too.»
