The «Unstoppable» actress, who was notably snubbed for a Golden Globe nomination, wore a black sequined gown in her dressing room.
Behind her, where a framed photo of her and Ben would normally be, there was instead an image of her alone in a white dress, dancing joyfully.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s $60M Bel Air mansion, bought in 2023, remains unsold, according to TMZ. The 38,000 sq. ft. estate features 12 bedrooms, 24 baths, a 5,000 sq. ft. guest penthouse, sports complex, and more.
Despite listing it for $68M in July, the couple has yet to find a buyer, though the property has had several showings.
Real estate experts suggest several reasons for the slow sale of Lopez and Affleck’s mansion, including the limited market for multi-million dollar properties and the house being flipped just a year after purchase.
The current mortgage rate of 7.12% may also be a factor. However, the market could improve if interest rates drop, as expected next month.
Lopez filed for divorce on August 20, marking the second anniversary of their wedding.
In her divorce filing, Jennifer Lopez stated their separation date as April 26 and listed irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakup. The «Unstoppable» actress began searching for new homes in April but has yet to make a decision.
On the same day she filed for divorce, Lopez finalized the sale of a New York City condo. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck has already settled into a $20 million, five-bedroom home he bought in July.
