Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Georgia property is set to be auctioned publicly

After more than a year on the market, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Georgia home is facing foreclosure and has been put up for public auction

The estranged couple, who met on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, initially listed their Alpharetta mansion for $6 million in October 2023. A notice from Fulton County on November 27 revealed that the property was scheduled for auction on December 3 by Truist Bank.

The auction was set to take place outside the Fulton County Courthouse, with the property to be sold to the highest bidder for cash.

The property was set to be sold between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. local time, according to the Fulton County Clerk’s website, but its current status remains unclear.

The Alpharetta home also appears on the Fulton County foreclosure list as of December 3. In February 2023, the home was slated for auction after the couple defaulted on a $1.65 million loan.

However, a source later said they took steps to resolve the issue. The news follows Biermann’s claims that Zolciak refused offers on the home despite its foreclosure risk. He accused her of “frivolous spending,” leaving them with only their house as an asset.

The couple shares four children, with Zolciak’s two older daughters, Brielle and Ariana, also legally adopted by Biermann.

Due to his wife’s alleged actions, Biermann requested the court to «force the sale of the home» at a price he found acceptable and to «remove Zolciak from any decision-making.»

He also claimed that Zolciak, 46, said she «didn’t care if the home went into foreclosure» and refused to accept an offer under $3.85 million, fearing she wouldn’t have enough money for her own home.
