The couple, who met on Bravo’s *Winter House*, made the mutual decision to part ways. DeSorbo shared the news during a recent episode of her *Giggly Squad* podcast, which aired on December 30.
She revealed that she and Conover had decided to «no longer be together,» describing the situation as «weird» and unexpected.
Reflecting on their relationship, DeSorbo explained that when they first started dating, neither of them envisioned a specific future outcome.
«You don’t think, ‘Oh, what will happen? Will we get married, will we not?’ You’re just kind of in this relationship,» she said.
While DeSorbo didn’t go into details about the reasons for the split, she emphasized that there was no major conflict. «It wasn’t a situation where I’m wondering, ‘Who was I even dating?’» she joked. «It’s the complete opposite of that.»
She also expressed deep respect and admiration for Craig, saying, «I have so much love and respect for him. He is one of the best people I’ve ever met. I will always be his biggest fan and wish him the best.»
DeSorbo continued, «It was just the right decision for both of us to move forward in the directions our lives are heading.»
Describing their relationship, she noted, «He’s the best boyfriend I’ve ever had. He did everything right and never made me feel insecure. It’s harder when no one did anything wrong.» Despite the breakup, Paige believes they will remain friends.
«I love him, I think he loves me,» she said. «It wasn’t a bad thing. We were just both mature about voicing what we wanted for our futures.»
