Pamela Anderson showed up with a gorgeous look at the Glamor Women of the Year Awards, reminding a real Goddess
Pamela Anderson has arrived for the 2024 Glamour Women of the Year Awards.
The actress and activist stunned on the red carpet in an ethereal dress and hardly there makeup for the event in New York City on Tuesday, October 8.
Anderson, 57, wore a teal green gown with floor-length cap sleeves. Her dress’s neckline was see-through, with strands of silver pearls set over her shoulders and décolleté. She accessorized with diamond studs.
She had her blonde hair down and her bangs brushed to the side.
Anderson has been chosen one of Glamour’s 2024 Global Women of the Year. On Monday, Sept. 30, the Baywatch star was revealed as an honoree in a special digital cover, where she also wears minimal makeup and hairstyling.
Glamour also honored Olympic stars Suni Lee and Allyson Felix, actresses Sydney Sweeney and Taraji P. Henson, abortion activists Hadley Duvall and Kaitlyn Joshua, tennis legend Serena Williams, and a group of celebrity mothers.
Anderson introduced a fresh makeup-free appearance at Paris Fashion Week in September 2023. She has continued to appear on red carpets (and magazine covers) wearing little to no makeup.
Anderson attended the 20th Zurich Film Festival in Switzerland on Friday, October 4, and was presented with the Golden Eye Award. She donned a baby pink dress and a matching shawl, which provided a delicate pop of pink to her otherwise natural makeup look.
«I’ve nothing against makeup, but I felt like it just looked better on me in my 20s than it did now.»
She went on, «You’ll come to a crossroads in your 50s and ask yourself, ‘Am I going to chase youth? Am I going to be miserable? Or will I be self-accepting? And it requires practice. And it’s difficult to claim that you’re attempting all of this if you’re still doing red carpets and magazine covers covered in makeup.»
