Just a week after the exciting announcement, Gomez delighted fans by sharing fresh photos of her stunning marquise-shaped diamond ring.
The sparkling ring, elegantly set on a diamond eternity band, took center stage in a photo she shared on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, Dec. 19, leaving followers in awe of its brilliance.
In a mirror selfie, Selena Gomez showcased her marquise diamond ring alongside her nude, round-shaped manicure, the same style she wore for her engagement.
Dressed in a black top and maroon trench coat with her hair in a side part, she accessorized with dangly earrings, lavender eyeshadow, and a soft pink lip.
In a second post, Gomez shared a video outdoors, excitedly flashing her ring in the sunlight while exclaiming «eeee.» Over the video, she wrote, «Sorry last post… I’ve just dreamed of this moment my whole life.»
Her fiancé, Benny Blanco, echoed the sentiment by reposting Gomez’s Dec. 11 engagement announcement, writing, «still can’t believe it.»
Blanco later reshared a Dec. 14 video of the couple clinking champagne glasses during their engagement picnic, which featured Gomez’s favorite Taco Bell meal.
After the proposal, a source revealed it was «very her» and a «total surprise to Selena.» The couple celebrated with an impromptu gathering of friends and family, eager to share their joy.
«Benny and Selena were so excited to share the news. It’s a true partnership between them,» the source added.
The pair, who went public in December 2023, first met years ago and collaborated on the 2019 single I Can’t Get Enough with Tainy and J Balvin.
