After two years of marriage, Lopez, 55, filed for divorce on August 20. Their breakup date was reported as April 26 by her.
It was revealed in May that Lopez was staying at a different residence while filming The Accountant 2 and that Affleck and Lopez were not living together in their Los Angeles house.
Despite spending much of the summer on different coasts, Affleck and Lopez were spotted together at a number of springtime events.
The Beverly Hills house that Affleck and Lopez had shared since June 2023 was listed for sale in June. Affleck later acquired a new $20 million mansion in L.A. in July.
Lopez stated that she is accepting her single status in an interview with Interview magazine that was released last week.
«Those who are romantics, enjoy being in relationships, and hope to spend their latter years with someone believe that having that will make them happy and full. It «only took 30 years» for her to discover it, she joked. «And you don’t,» she said.
