Shemar Moore and Jesiree Dizon have gone their separate ways, though they continue to maintain a positive co-parenting relationship.

The couple made their relationship Instagram-official in January 2023, but they had known each other for years before that. Their bond deepened in 2020 after Moore’s mother passed away.
The 54-year-old *S.W.A.T.* star and the 41-year-old model became parents to their daughter, Frankie, born on January 24, 2023.
In a November 2024 interview, Moore opened up about his connection with Dizon, calling her his «partner» and praising her as a «dope-ass mama.»
However, he made it clear that he didn’t envision marriage for them.
He shared, “I didn’t have a good role model of marriage in my life. Not my mother, not my father, nobody close to me,» adding that he often wonders, «‘Who made that rule?’” For Moore, he values living in the moment and focusing on what truly matters.
“To me, tomorrow’s not guaranteed, but Jesiree, I’ll give you everything I’ve got today and tomorrow,” Shemar Moore shared.
“She’s my partner, the mother of Frankie, and Frankie has an incredible mama. I’m going to try to be a great dad, and we’ll do that until God calls my name,” added the *Sonic the Hedgehog 3* actor.
The couple has often shared glimpses of their life with Frankie, and Shemar recently revealed how his daughter has had a profound impact on him.
During an appearance on *The Jennifer Hudson Show*, he expressed, «[Frankie] is the reason I’m so happy. She’s my little miracle. That’s little Frankie.”
He shared, “She truly gave me purpose. She saved my life,” reflecting on his bond with Frankie. Shemar also said he’d be open to more children with Jesiree, though their family was already full, with Jesiree’s two kids and their dog Tyson.
Jesiree celebrated Shemar on Father’s Day with a sweet Instagram post: “HAPPY FATHER’S DAY, STUD 🥰❤️,” she wrote, adding, “Daddy is a GREAT look on you. It’s your best role yet. You are our everything. We love you to the moon @shemarfmoore.”
