On December 26, the *Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* alum, 43, marked the 12th anniversary of meeting Arroyave with a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.
Sharing two throwback photos, Mellencamp reflected on the impact of their 13-year marriage. «16 years ago, @edwinarroyaveofficial and I met,» she wrote.
«I’ll always be thankful for that night at Coco Deville. I never realized I wanted children until meeting my amazing stepdaughter, Isabella.»

She continued, «My love for her changed my life, and five years later came Slate, then Cruz, and our miracle baby Dove in 2020.»
Mellencamp added, «I may not be perfect, but being a mother has been the greatest gift you could have given me. Thank you always and forever.»
