Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce revealed how much he was inspired by the behind-the-scenes work that went into Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.
Speaking to the media ahead of Super Bowl LIX, Kelce acknowledged the dedication Swift brings to her craft, something he’s deeply noticed.
“What I saw from her work ethic on that tour last year was incredible,” Kelce, 35, said. «The constant traveling, week after week, across different countries—it was impressive.»
While the physical demands of Swift’s tour are well known, the NFL veteran, who has spent 12 seasons with the Chiefs, had a front-row view of the “excruciating” preparation Swift went through to deliver each show.
“The band, the singers, everyone involved—it was like a well-oiled machine, and I couldn’t help but admire it.
There were a lot of lessons to learn from watching it all come together,” Kelce shared. As the Super Bowl approaches, the fashion-forward athlete has openly expressed his admiration for his girlfriend.
When asked about Swift’s grand entrances to stadiums earlier this week, Kelce couldn’t help but compliment her style.
“Tay’s always going to be looking fresh from head to toe,” he said, adding that while they don’t “plan” their outfits together, their game-day looks have included everything from his Bottega Veneta shirt to Swift’s head-to-toe Chanel or her vintage Chiefs gear.
