Zendaya and her mother were unintentionally captured on camera while walking through Boston by a local news station.
Zendaya and her mother unintentionally made an appearance on the news in Boston this weekend.
On Sunday, December 1, Boston’s WCVB Channel 5 aired footage from the opening day of holiday festivities in the city’s bustling Newbury St. shopping district, which unexpectedly captured Zendaya, 28, walking with her mother, Claire Stoermer—completely by chance.
The actress’s appearance quickly caught the attention of some WCVB viewers, including TikTok user @chlomance, who posted the video with the caption, «Not clocking they got Zendaya.» The station then aired the clip again on Monday morning, December 2.
The footage also humorously showed two young girls who seemed to recognize Zendaya and her mom as they walked by, watching in awe as the pair passed them.
Zendaya was also spotted with her boyfriend, Tom Holland, in Boston on November 8. On November 24, Holland, 28, posted a series of photos and videos to his Instagram Stories, showing the couple enjoying a date at the Foxhole bar, located on Newbury St. in Boston.
Zendaya’s mother, Claire Stoermer, a school teacher and jewelry line owner, shares the Challengers star with Kazembe Ajamu Coleman.
While Zendaya is their only child together, she has five older step-siblings from her father’s previous marriage.
Several outlets initially reported in August that Zendaya and Pattinson, 38, would star together in The Drama. According to both The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline, the film appears to revolve around «a couple whose romance takes a dramatic turn just before their wedding day.»
The movie will also feature actors Mamoudou Athie (Kinds of Kindness) and Alana Haim (Licorice Pizza), the latter of whom is also known for her musical work with her band Haim.
The film currently does not have a confirmed release date.
