Zendaya debuted her first tattoo at the Golden Globes, with fans speculating that the ‘T’ design may be a tribute to Tom Holland
Zendaya is showing off some new body art! At the 2025 Golden Globes on January 5, the 28-year-old actress revealed a small ‘T’ tattoo, sparking speculation that it may be dedicated to her boyfriend, Tom Holland, also 28.
The tiny tattoo, located on her ribcage, peeked out from beneath her custom Louis Vuitton gown, which she paired with coordinating pumps, a Bulgari High Jewelry choker, and a matching ring.
Zendaya, nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor, also flaunted a stunning diamond ring, believed to be a 5.02ct Jessica McCormack East-West Cushion Diamond Button-Back ring, according to Deux Moi.
Fans quickly took to social media, speculating about the meaning behind the tattoo. One user wrote, “First thing I see on my timeline is Zendaya with a ‘t’ tattoo and engagement ring… what the hell is going on 😭.”
Another commented, “Finding out that Zendaya has a tiny ‘t’ tattoo and an engagement ring was not on my Golden Globes bingo card 😭😭 I’m so happy for my girl.”
Though Zendaya previously expressed in 2019 that she loved tattoos but didn’t want any, it seems she’s changed her mind recently.
While it’s unclear when exactly she got the tattoo, a faint mark in the same spot was visible at the Gothams 34th Annual Film Awards on December 2, 2024.
Zendaya and Holland, who were rumored to be dating since 2016, confirmed their relationship five years later.
The couple, known for their roles in *Spider-Man: Homecoming* (2017) and *Spider-Man: No Way Home* (2021), are reportedly set to star together in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming adaptation of *The Odyssey*, slated for release in 2026.
Holland recently shared on the *Dish* podcast that details about the project are being kept under wraps.
