Adele seems to be planning a long-term career break in order to have another child with her fiancé
Adele has hinted major plans to have another child during her ‘incredibly long’ career break.
The music mogul, 36, doubled down on her plans for a hiatus from music onstage Saturday during the final night of her 10-show engagement in Munich, Germany.
It poses questions if Adele is preparing to free up space to have a baby with her fiancé, Rich Paul.
She previously shared hopes to have a daughter. She already has 11-year-old son Angelo with ex-husband Simon Konecki.
On stage at her Las Vegas residency in May, Adele told fans she wanted to have a baby ‘once she was done with all obligations and her shows’.
She said: ‘Once I am done with all my obligations and all of my shows, I want to have a baby.
‘I want a girl because I’ve already got a boy. I feel like she might be like the person I love the most in the world, but also prob-ably hate the most in the world — that is what I feel will happen.
‘She’s going to put me in my place all the time, isn’t she?’
Adele will resume her Las Vegas residency for one more run of concerts from October 25 to November 23.
Ahead of her Munich performances, she made the bombshell announcement that she does not ‘have any plans for new music at all,’ during a ZDF interview in July.
‘I want a big break after this, and I think I want to do other creative things. Just for a little while,’ she explained to the German public service broadcaster.
Adele sent her fanbase into a frenzy when she finally confirmed her engagement to Rich during an early show of the Munich residency.
The singer told fans she was ‘getting married’ and flashed her diamond ring while addressing the audience at the purpose-built, 80,000-seat outdoor arena.
