Amanda Holden had buckets of energy when she rocked up to work at the Heart FM office on Wednesday (November 1).

The 52-year-old TV stunner looked gorgeous in a cosy silver ensemble and showed it off to her fans in a clip posted on her Instagram Stories. The mum-of-three loves to brighten up everybody’s day with daily catwalks in the office.

Amanda went braless underneath a grey low-cut jumper from Pretty Lavish and complimented it with a slender pleather skirt from Sosandar.

At one point she lifted up her skirt and kicked out with her boots from LK Bennett, flashing her legs in the process.

Addressing the camera, she said: «Good morning, happy humpy day. Pinch, punch, rabbits, all those things. 54 sleeps ’till Christmas. This jumper is from Pretty Lavish. Absolutely gorgeous. Really nice actually for Christmas.»

Stopping to kick the air, she continued: «The boots are from LK Bennett,» before doing a twirl and getting up close to the camera, singing: «54 sleeps till Chrimbo!»

She also posed for several snaps in the stunning silver outfit. One joyous moment caught her bending over laughing while stood up against the wall.

Another showed her unlock her inner-model as she leaned against he wall and thrust out her hands with a sulry pout away from the camera.

Amanda recently claimed society was «going backwards» when it comes to discussing sex. It comes ahead of her new history sex show Sex: A Bonkers History, fronted with historian Dan Jones.

During a launch event for the show, she said: «Personally, I feel like even though we think we’re going forwards, I feel like we’re going backwards.

«I think when people say conversations are being started, they’re actually being stopped because I think lots of people are frightened to speak on every aspect of everything.

There’s so much to celebrate now, so much. And yet when you look back and you see, obviously there’s all the politics, everything else in all the other eras that we haven’t covered in.
