Christine McGuinness admits she’s in a new relationship for the first time since her divorce
Christine McGuinness has confirmed she is “dating again» after her split from her ex-husband Paddy in 2022.
On Tuesday (August 27), the blonde bombshell opened up about her love life during an appearance on Loose Women. The documentary maker, 36, has been hesitant to speak about her personal life following her separation from the Top Gear star, who she shares three children with.
But the doting mum had a change of heart this week as she discussed her appearance on Celebrity MasterChef. Coleen Nolan cheekily asked the model: “Is there someone in your life at the moment?”
She replied with a smile: “There is actually, I am dating again. I am dating with terms and conditions that I am not cooking, that’s the number one rule, I’m not doing the cooking, it’s not for me.
The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star sparked romance rumours earlier this summer when she shared a snap of herself playing “footsie” on holiday with a mystery person. It comes after reports that the star was “ready for love” after her marriage came to an end.
It is understood that she went on holiday with rapper and model Roxxxan, 33, although the nature of their relationship has yet to be confirmed. But she’s not the only star who has ventured back into the dating pool again.
Match of the Day star Paddy has also been on dates with other people, admitting he had even talked his ex-wife about how they went. He insisted: “If Christine met someone else, I’d be supportive.”
A source recently told OK! that the pair had been plotting the next moves in their relationship carefully so that they don’t hurt their children. The couple share daughter Felicity, seven, and 10-year-old twins Leo and Penelope, who all have been diagnosed with autism.
They told the publication: “At the moment things are ok between them. But obviously they’re both going to move on at some point and that’ll be hard, especially because the kids hate change – so they’ll have to make sure it’s all done slowly and respectfully,
when the time comes, to introduce the new people into their lives.
