Photos show the 37-year-old mother of one walking the catwalk in the lobby while donning a tiny, sheer Gucci string bikini top, matching bottoms, and a sheer cover-up.
She completed the appearance with a bejeweled choker-style necklace, a pair of menacing sunglasses,
and black stilettos wrapped in sheer knee-high socks and long gloves. Irina added a touch of glitz to her barely-there outfit with delicate curls and fiery red lipstick.
